JOHANNESBURG (Reuters) – South Africa’s net foreign reserves rose to $61.733 billion at the end of February from $61.328 billion in January, central bank data showed on Friday.
Gross reserves increased to $66.264 billion in February from $65.876 billion the prior month. The forward position, which represents the central bank’s unsettled or swap transactions, rose to $0.531 billion from $0.529 billion.
