LONDON (Reuters) – Britain on Thursday published a list of goods that could be included in any retaliatory tariff response to U.S. President Donald Trump’s decision to impose import tariffs of 10% on the country.
The government published the list as it opened a four-week consultation with businesses on the implications of any retaliatory tariffs.
The so-called indicative list of products encompasses around 27% of British imports of U.S.-origin goods, based on 2024 data, according to a government consultation document.
