Spain’s Petronor gradually restarting Bilbao oil refinery after power blackout

LONDON (Reuters) -Spain’s Petronor is gradually restarting its Bilbao oil refinery after shut down caused by a widespread power blackout that affected Spain and Portugal, a spokesperson said on Tuesday.

Petronor, a majority owned subsidiary of Repsol, said on Monday it had shut all units at the refinery due to the power blackout in the country.
