BENGALURU (Reuters) -State Bank of India, the country’s largest lender by assets, said on Wednesday it launched a share sale to instituitonal investors.
The floor price of the fundraise, through a so-called qualified institutional placement, is 811.05 rupees per share, compared to the bank’s Wednesday closing price of 831.70 rupees.
