BERLIN (Reuters) -Uniper’s chief finance officer, Jutta Doenges, will leave the company at the end of her current contract in February 2026 at the latest, to take up a role as CFO at automotive business Aumovio, the companies said on Thursday.
Doenges could leave earlier should a successor be appointed before the end of her contract, Uniper said, adding that the search for a successor has already been initiated.
Aumovio is the new name of German car parts supplier Continental’s automotive business, which the company is set to spin off, with a listing planned on September 18.
In a separate statement, Continental said that the 52-year-old would take over as CFO at Aumovio from Philipp von Hirschheydt, who had assumed that role alongside his position as CEO on an interim basis.
Doenges has been appointed to the position for a term of three years.
“With her many years of experience in finance and capital markets, Jutta Doenges has the ideal qualifications to work with us to advance Aumovio in the best possible way as an independent, publicly traded company,” said von Hirschheydt in the Continental statement.
