UK’s Domino’s Pizza Group names Andrew Andrea as new CFO

(Reuters) – Britain’s Domino’s Pizza Group named Andrew Andrea as its new chief financial officer on Thursday, succeeding Edward Jamieson.

Andrea, who is currently the CFO of Irish drinks producer C&C Group, is set to join the pizza chain on March 16, 2026.

Jamieson, who joined the company as its finance head in October 2022, will be leaving the group immediately and handing over duties to Domino’s Acquisition and Integration Director Richard Snow in the interim period.

The leadership change comes at a time of stress for UK firms combating waning consumer spending amid persistent inflation, shifting weather and higher prices as companies pass on costs.

In early August, Domino’s Pizza Group cut its 2025 core profit forecast citing high costs and subdued customer demand.

On Thursday, it reaffirmed its expectation of delivering between 130 million pounds to 140 million pounds ($176.75 million to $190.34 million) in core profit for 2025.

“He has an exceptional track record as a CFO in the hospitality sector and knows how to operate in franchise environments” Chair Ian Bull said in a statement regarding Andrea’s appointment.
