(Reuters) -Japanese insurer Tokio Marine Holdings is partnering with OpenAI to develop AI agents that use in-depth data analysis to improve product planning and field customer inquiries, the Nikkei newspaper reported on Wednesday.
Under the tie-up, a unit of Tokio Marine will use OpenAI’s deep research tool to formulate strategies for sales branch offices across Japan, along with other purposes, the report added.
No financial details were mentioned in the report.
