ECB’s Lagarde sees no disorder in bonds despite French crisis

FRANKFURT (Reuters) -European Central Bank President Christine Lagarde said on Tuesday she didn’t see any sign of disorder in the euro zone bond market despite an ongoing budget crisis in France.

“I said previously that we are monitoring financial markets, that we’re looking at spreads…, but there’s nothing disorderly at the moment,” Lagarde told CNBC. “If there were…, we have tools, they have criteria, they have conditions.”
