(Reuters) -LVMH’s watch division has taken a minority stake in Swiss watch movement manufacturer La Joux-Perret, the luxury group said on Wednesday.
The deal includes a strategic commercial agreement to provide La Joux-Perret’s capabilities to all of LVMH’s watch brands, it added.
