(Reuters) -Shares in European defence names moved lower on Friday after Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said he was ready for “honest” work on U.S.-backed plan to end the war.
The STOXX Aerospace and Defence Index was down by 2.3% at 0808 GMT, to its lowest since early September.
Shares in Germany’s Hensoldt, Renk, Rheinmetall were down between around 5% and 8%.
Italy’s Leonardo, Sweden’s Saab slipped between around 3% and 4%.
