NEW DELHI (Reuters) – India has proposed for a merger of state-owned miners KIOCL and NMDC, federal steel minister H D Kumaraswamy said on Friday.
KIOCL, which also produces iron ore pellets, is “in critical condition,” Kumaraswamy added.
