MILAN (Reuters) – Chinese sales at Italian fashion group Aeffe rose 24% in the first half of January, its chairman said on Wednesday, expressing confidence about the performance of the region in the remainder of the year.
“The year started very well … then we saw a new slowdown at the beginning of February, but we believe that in the coming months China will be again a very important market,” Chairman Massimo Ferretti said after the fashion show of one of Aeffe’s brands, Alberta Ferretti, in Milan.
