JAKARTA (Reuters) -Sovereign wealth fund the Indonesia Investment Authority said on Thursday it had signed a $600 million agreement with Export Development Canada to explore investment opportunities in sectors such as infrastructure and renewable energy.
In a statement from the fund, Canada’s International Trade Minister Maninder Sidhu was quoted saying the agreement “will give Canadian businesses a stronger foothold in diverse sectors such as agriculture, cleantech, and infrastructure”.
