Earthquake of magnitude 6.6 strikes Banda Sea, Indonesia, GFZ says

(Reuters) -An earthquake of magnitude 6.6 struck Banda Sea in Indonesia on Tuesday, the German Research Centre for Geosciences (GFZ) said.

The quake struck at a depth of 137 km (85 miles), GFZ said.

Indonesia’s geophysics agency said there was no tsunami potential.
